Shipping:
Shipments of our products are made with one of the following options on a Cypriot basis:
- Courier (in one of the stores and / or in your home)
- With a transport company
- By Cyprus Post (at the nearest post office in your area)
It is clarified that in case:
the shipping address of your order is an inaccessible area according to the criteria of the transport company
or
is a large order that weighs more than 15 kg, shipping costs may vary. (You will be informed in advance by phone).
Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the total weight of the order.
Minimum Shipping Cost: € 2.00

Order Cancellations:
To avoid inconvenience, order cancellation applies only in the event that the relevant information is provided in our offices by email to info@woodpeckereshop.com or by phone at +357 22 384999 until the end of the day the order was placed.
Product returns:
We provide the possibility of returning the products in case:
i - non-compliance of its features in relation to your order
ii - that the product is worn or defective.
Before returning the product and for your best and immediate service, we would ask you to contact us at +357 22 384999 or info@woodpeckereshop.com to simplify the process. In any case, please contact us within a period not exceeding 14 calendar days from the date of purchase so that we can immediately refund your money corresponding to the value of the order, including packaging and shipping costs.
Product returns are only accepted if the product packaging is intact. In case of opened packaging, the return is not accepted and the product is returned to the sender at his own expense.
Refunds are made no later than ten days (10) from the day of receipt of the products by our Company. A necessary condition is the retail receipt, while in case of invoice issuance, the refund will be made with the indication of the delivery note.
